Property Preservation Services
Securing
One of the first requirements for protecting our customers' real estate investments is the securing of the property. Eillen ensures that the property is vacant and then immediately changes all exterior locks. We also install contractor lock boxes as necessary.
Winterization/De-Winterization
Eillen provides Winterization services to maintain the systems of the property. We drain all waterlines and hot water tanks. We also pour antifreeze in all toilets, sinks and drains. We then place notices on each fixture alerting visitors that those utilities have been winterized. Again, upon completion, Eillen provides pictures to our clients to show that the work has been done right.
Debris Removal and Cleaning
After securing your property, Eillen will remove all debris from the interior and exterior of the property. We ensure that all debris, trash and unwanted appliances are removed and properly disposed of. We then clean the property both inside and out. This includes sweeping, mopping a vacuuming all rooms. It also includes the cleaning and sanitation of kitchens and bathrooms. We also offer carpet cleaning services if needed. We take before and after pictures to provide our clients with the assurance that the job has been completed properly.
Exterior Yard Maintenance
Eillen will maintain the yard of the property to ensure that the property complies with all city and local ordinances. We schedule our maintenance according to the needs of the client and the time of year that services are needed. These services include picking up all trash from around the property, mowing the lawn, trimming hedges and blowing off the walkways and driveways. If needed, we also provide pictures to our clients when we've completed these services.
